Yeah, we all despise those moments when we get the goods we have paid and long awaited for - not delivered, damaged or they don't look like the way we expected them to. Fortunately, we provide an easy and flexible way for you to get the right products or your money, back to your bank account. Just go to our "Returns" page, where you'll find a form and information what to do. We have made the return process as simple and straightforward as possible.
In what situations you get refunded?
- Your order has not been delivered in the time interval promised - due we work with different suppliers, shipping from different locations, it is possible that some products have longer or shorter shipping deadlines. Therefore, we kindly ask you to check delivery times on product's page and make sure they satisfy you, before you add them to your cart. We do not refund orders, delivered in the time interval promised on product's page.;
- The goods you ordered have arrived damaged or in visibly bad condition - in this case you have to provide photos of the shipping label on the package and the goods received. After confirmation from our side, you will get a full refund back to your bank account. Instead of refunding, you can also choose to get another product of the same value at our expense.
- Wrong items delivered or goods do not correspond to your expectations - if wrong items were delivered to you, we require from you photos of the shipping label on the package and the items delivered. If goods are not what you expected them to be(for instance items look and function very differently from pictures and description on our website), we still require photos, so that we can investigate the source and the reason of the problem and resolve it. In both cases you have to return the items back, details for which you will receive after you file your return to us and we make a decision how to proceed. We cover return costs involved, so you don't have to pay anything for the return. You can also choose whether to replace the wrong products with the right ones or just receive full refund to your bank account. Item replacement costs are at our expense too.
How long does it take for a return to be processed?
We investigate every case thoroughly, so that we can find true reasons for problems occurred. Normally we process your return requests on the same day. In rare situations, could be on the next day too. Sometimes we have to work together with our suppliers in order to investigate and resolve a situation, which could lead to longer waiting for complete resolution of the given case.
Can you return the goods after receiving, if you are not satisfied with them?
Surely, yes! You can return the goods you received up to 30 days after the date they have been delivered to you, free of charge. You have to send the products back to us in the same condition as when you have received them, otherwise you will get either a partial refund or no refund at all!
